Hello,
The problem is likely relate to the network connection between your machine and our
callback web service. It uses outbound TCP port 1802, and if it's blocked, you may well get that error. If you click the link above and get a client certificate prompt from browser (and 403.7 error in the absence of the client certificate) then we may have other problem. But if browser can't event establish a connection with the link above, it's most likely to be caused by some sort of port blocking, like a local firewall. Some time later, when HttpVPN goes into production, we'll move our callback service to the standard SSL port 443.
Please take a look at the Windows event log and see whether there is any additional information on the issue.
