Hi,

It appears a change to the authentication cookie format has bumped into a MS .NET CookieContainer bug and derailed it. We reverted the change, so logging is not an issue anymore. However there is another problem with certificate signing right now. We are working on it.

Hello,

The problem is likely relate to the network connection between your machine and our callback web service. It uses outbound TCP port 1802, and if it's blocked, you may well get that error. If you click the link above and get a client certificate prompt from browser (and 403.7 error in the absence of the client certificate) then we may have other problem. But if browser can't event establish a connection with the link above, it's most likely to be caused by some sort of port blocking, like a local firewall. Some time later, when HttpVPN goes into production, we'll move our callback service to the standard SSL port 443.

Please take a look at the Windows event log and see whether there is any additional information on the issue.

Thank you much for being so diligent in helping us troubleshooting this issue.

Please let us know what you found.

Hi!

It maybe your PC firewall that blocks the port, so you may have control over it, because internet providers don't block arbitrary ports. It also may be your LAN-to-Internet router that blocks the port, so if you were trying our product from inside a, say, corporate LAN, please ask your IT if port 1802 is blocked.

We will most certainly notify you of new product releases if you either registered with a real email address when you downloaded the product, or could also follow us on Twitter.
