We never saw this problem before, which means fixing it will be more fun.
What OS are you using, and is it possible that "Local System" user access rights or security policy for services have changed on the machine? Is any of the applications running under Cassini access data on a share?

Overall this is more likely to be a user rights issue rather than Cassini's problem. You may be able to simply
