ASP.NET 3.5 applications can run under UltiDev Cassini Web Server for ASP.NET 2.0. When reigstering an application manually, with Cassini Explorer, simply select "2.0" as target version of .NET Framework. .NET Framework 3.x has to be installed on the same machine as UltiDev Cassini Web Sever, in order to run ASP.NET 3.x application.

You can bundle UltiDev Cassini with ASP.NET 3.x applications using Visual Studio 2008 setup project prerequisites. Just download and install UltiDev Casini for Visual Studio 2008 and follow the steps from UltiDev Cassini Developer's Guide.
