Yes! We have recently updated our Developer's Guide by including guidelines on how to distribute and install UltiDev Cassini Web Server using installation authoring tools other that Visual Studio. We also talk about how to register ASP.NET applications with Cassini using UltiDev Cassini Web Server in command line mode.
