Register an existing .net site in new installed Cassini

I have built a .dot site on my local computer. Before installation I could explore to localhost/mysite and I was in on my local machine. Since this was developed I found Cassini and tried to load my existing site into it.
My question is how do I register an existing .net site in Cassini. When I try it asks to install again. I’m sure this is just a step that I missed.

Gerald,
if you want to register an application using a UI, then after you installed UltiDev Cassini just run Cassini Explorer from Start | Programs | UltiDev | Cassini ASP.NET Server | Cassini Explorer. There you can register a new ASP.NET application by simply specifying app's physical folder location on a disk and application's ID. If you want to register an application programmatically, you will need to follow the instructions listed in the Cassini Developer's Guide.
