DNN without SQL server - MS Jet instead

Hello there, i want to run DNN on a pretty slow server (hard cash times) and don't want to clog any of it's resources with sql server. Has anyone been able to load DNN running Jet database connectivity?

The DNN support says it is possible,

Hi there!

We don't have much of an experience with DNN, but from what we know it's unlikely it will we practical to switch DNN from SQL Express to Access. To be sure, though, please ask the question on DNN forums - we are better suited for the support of UltiDev Cassini Web Server rather than any particular ASP.NET application.

DNN doesn't offer much support for non iis, i'll just install sql server. Thanks all the same
