"Is UltiDev Web Server Pro service only one which run on windows? I try to change account that run it from "Network service" to launch from direct Account by changing it via service settings but it's don't work when i change it only for this one."

UWS host processes can only run either as Network Service or Local System accounts. They cannot run under any other account.

Microsoft IIS does allow specifying arbitrary user accounts for host processes.
