I've found multiple mentions of this, but no actual set of instructions on how to go about it.

Hi, John.

You're right, we have not made the information prominent enough, we are sorry. It can be started by one of the following methods:

- By typing "replace" in Windows start key prompt and then running it (see first attached screenshot).
- By launching it from UWS Interactive Server as shown on the second attached screenshot.
- By running "C:\Program Files\UltiDev\Web Server\WebDevReplacer.exe".
