I am using web server pro and getting this error on installation to the default path
however, if i change the installation path the program runs perfectly

Attached is the Screen Shot for the same.

Below are the values i pass in argument of custom action's install section

"[ProgramFilesFolder]\UltiDev\Web Server\UWS.RegApp.exe" /r /AppID="{AB7975FB-6563-41A9-96F8-4B09E354C7CF}" /path:"[TARGETDIR]\" /defaultdoc:"Default.aspx"

Hi there!

It appears that the backslash '\' at the end of the "[TARGETDIR]\" messes things up. Please try "[TARGETDIR]" instead.

Hi there!

The problem is definitely with quotes or slashes because error screenshot shows that "path" parameter value combines both "path" and "default document" together. Please play with quotes and slashes - that's the source of the problem.
