Why is UltiDev Web Server Application Explorer accessing a remote computer?

ESET Smart Security pops up warning that the application is attemptin to communicate with
99-1-223-173.lightspeed.tukrga.sbcglobal.net

I don't know whether to allow it.
Why is it doing this? what is that remote computer?

Thank you for quick reply.
I could not recall having installed UltiDev Web Server. It turned out that it was installed by Helium Music Streamer. I wish UltiDev made it clear as to which software program installed it.

Hi there!

Sometimes UWS is required bu multiple web apps installed on the same system, so it's hard to say conclusively why UWS is there. However, if you were to uninstall UWS manually, it will show which applications are hosted by it, which we assume would show Helium Music Streamer.
