Hi. I have Windows 7 x64 SP 1 with UWS running without any errors. Web service starts correctly but there is no response from any port. Neither trying to execute a telnet connection. There is no firewall active. I send you application log. Thanks.

Hello, Antonio.

Thank you for posting detailed error information. From the EVTX file you have attached it appears that your application may be trying to load "webengine.dll", which is not a managed .NET library. Please review your .config file to see whether webengine.dll is referenced or loaded dynamically by your code.

Please also navigate to http://localhost:7756/ on the box where UWS is installed to see whether UWS diagnostic page shows up. If it does, then UWS is installed and working alright - just as the installer log file you have sent indicates. In this case your application itself is more likely to have the problem.
