I am unable to install Ultidev web server pro on windows xp sp2 & sp3 32-bit it gives service not found error. why?

The screen shot of error is attached. I have .net4.0 installed on my systems.

Hello!

It appears that installer cannot find .NET framework. Our installer is configured to run on any .NET Framework, but maybe there is a bug. As a workaround you may try to install .NET 2.0 and try again. If that ends up solving the problem, we'll re-test installation with .NET 4.0 only.

You mentioned the problem occurs on XP SP2 and SP3 systems. Could you please take a look at "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework" folder on those systems and let us know which versions of .NET framework is installed?
