Installing Web Server Pro on Windows 7 64-bit does not succeed. Message from the install log says
"Registering low-privilege API COM+ package...COM+ Registration Error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
The install rolls back.
Now my Old Cassini install is broken too.
Messed up windows installer thinks old cassini is still installed and I can't unintall old Cassini now.
What should I do?

According to original poster's email, the problem went away after UltiDev Cassini was uninstalled manually. He also noticed that he had DTC errors in Windows Event Log, which could have affected stability of COM+. Anyway, second attempt to install was successful.
Best regards,
UltiDev Team.

To make the problem easier to track.
Code:
Registering low-privilege API COM+ package...COM+ Registration Error: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at UWS.Framework.ComPlusHelper.CreateServiceFromComPlusApp(String appID, ProcessIdentity userContext)
at UWS.Framework.ComPlusInstallHelper.InstallComPlusAssembly(Assembly servicedComponentAssembly, Nullable`1 processIdentity, String tlbPath)
