Hi there!
We didn't have an immediate intention to do globalization but it's worth discussing, so thank you for bringing this up.
The reason globalization is not a top priority is because translation is not a one-time job. As elements of UI change from one release to another, translators will need to be available to do the job (and usually get paid) on a short notice and pretty frequently. We can't afford to retain a network of translators, because it would be very expensive and time consuming, since our products is used pretty much in every country and every ethnicity on the planet, and therefore every change would trigger massive amount of coordination and testing with multiple translation teams. Provided that most users of the web server product don't make donations, we (unfortunately) cannot afford to maintain network of translators.
We could conceivably consider working with a few low-maintenance translation partners, who would not require to be paid, and would do quality work of translating getting RESX files from us and return them well-translated and tested. If your organization would be interested in becoming or finding such a partner, please let us know.
Best regards,
UltiDev Team.
