Hi,

I have a problem installing Cassini on a Windows 7 pc. The installation process always ends up in an error message: "The device or resource is not set up to accept connections on port 7756." Is that due to firewall or router settings or to a general problem with Windows 7?

Hi, Flo.

It appears that UltiDev Cassini either didn't get installed properly or service is failing to start. Could you please look at Installed Programs in Control Panel to make sure you have Both UltiDev Cassini Server and Server Explorer installed. Then please take a look at Windows Event Log (Application) to see whether there are error entires related to UltiDev Cassini.

Please let us know what you have found.
