Thank you for providing the info. The entry unfortunately does not have any clues to why the failure occurred. What we might try is to clean up windows even log, run the installation, let it fail, then export event log as EVT/EVTX file and email it to us for analysis. If you decide to do this, please
contact us via email first so we could provide the address where to send the logs.
