I need to run a .NET 2.0 web app on a win98 desktop (it's a weird requirement - to support Windows 98).
UDCassini fails on type initializer for CassiniConfiguration.Metabase with PlatformNotSupportedException.

Can it be rebuilt to run on Win98, as an app only (not service)?
Can you please point me to other servers that can do the trick (I didn't find anything like Utildev Cassini though)?

Hi there.

Unfortunately we do not plan to support Windows 98. Please check Dmitry Robsman's site to get source code of the Cassini response processor. It will give you an ability to modify it for your needs.
