Yes, AXDs are supported. Please be sure to configure your HttpHandler as if for IIS6, and not like for IIS, i.e. in httpHandlers section of the web.config instead of webServer section, which is IIS-specific.

Thank you, It works perfectly. The ultidev pro server also deploys perfectly with my custom installer in vs2015. The site runs exactly as it does in IIS.
