UWS does not allow stopping individual host processes. To deal with the situation you have two possibilities:
1. Stop UWS Monitoring service using stop button in UWS Web Server Explorer, at the top, in the
Monitoring Service" toolbar section. This will take down all host processes. Please note that if you have multiple applications running, all of them will be stopped.
2. Unregister the offending application. Before you do that, be sure how to register it again.
In general high CPU usage is often caused by an application causing its own reloading. That can occur if, for example, the application modifies its web.config or bin folder content on start up.
