I have an app that works great in your product. However, the crystal reports embedded in the App cannot export to PDF (like they do in IIS). -- note the reports run just fine in the brower.

It fails to find

\aspnet_client\system_web\2_0_50727\crystalreportviewers115\html\crystalexportdialog.htm

it seems likely because this folder isn't part of the cassini application (i.e. the port number doesn't know where to go.

Any ideas?
