Hello there,

This being my maiden post I hope I get everything correct.

I have been trialing utiliDev Pro on 32 bit 2003 server to runs some ASP .NET 4 Apps and all has worked well.

When I try to register on a 64-bit server it crashes the server to a point wher it need to be powered off.

If tired all options - run as 64 bit and also run as 32 bit on 64 bit system and it has the same result.

Has anyone encountered this issue ? It is a blank 2008 server not running any other web services like IIS or Apache.

I have attached screen shot on where it dies.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Craig

Craig,

Any program, like UWS, running in a user mode, should be able to bring a server down, unless something is wrong with hardware or drivers, which run in kernel mode. Http.sys, the HTTP listener driver used by UWS and IIS, does run in kernel mode, but it us used only when application is actually starting. From the screenshot it appears the crash occurs before that, is that the case?

Please check Windows Even Log to see if there anything there related to the issue - we would be happy to help with interpreting any esoteric error messages.

Best regards,
UltiDev Team.
