How can I use your server from my C# Code,I mean to add site,stop,start,recycle,....
is there a way?

Hi!

You can use UWS Configuration API by adding a reference to UltiDev Web Server Configuration API in Visual Studio, and then use it to register/unregister application to simulate starting and stopping. Using the API you may also load app settings and than change some insignificant setting, like application description, and register the app again - that will make UWS restart it.
