Using UltiDev Server Offline

I have a web application that I am running on my desktop using Cassini and now tried Ulti Dev Web Server Pro. Everything works fine as long as I am connected to my network/modem even if I am not connected to Internet(on Cassini) and on the new Web Server I have to have an Internet connection and trying to work Offline will not let me use the application.
The problem gets magnified by my friend who doesn't have any network connection and internet connection!

How do I get the application running when I am Offline ?

Could you please attach a screenshot of the error message to your next forum post?

You should be able to use both UltiDev Cassini and UWS if you access the application via loopback network interface that has IP (IPv4) address 127.0.0.1, IPv6 address [::1] and hostname "localhost". Even PCs with no network card or modem can use loopback addresses, like http://localhost/, http://127.0.0.1.
