I receive this error for one of the users when they login, but I do not get this error when I login as Administrator. I am not familiar with this program and am being thrown in due to former administrator no longer being here. As much help as possible would be appreciated.

It appears the problem is with an application of which AlarmsMenu.aspx is a part. UltiDev LLC is not not a maker of the application, but rather of a web server that hosts the application. We are afraid we will be unable to help you with this issue. You may have better luck with contacting the vendor of the application.
