In the FAQ post "Can I Build a Deployment Package with Cassini in Visual Studio 2010", instructions are given that require downloading http://drop.io/UltiDev_Cassini2_Prereq. Thisllink does not work because drop.io service has been discontinued.

I need to download this package because my new computer only has VS 2010.
