Hi, I want to restrict access only to members of a specific group in active directory on UWS Pro. Is it possible ?

Hi there!

Sorry for delayed reply. You should use Windows Authentication. Your app configuration for windows authentication is no different than when working with IIS. Attached is a screenshot of the UWS Explorer where you can make appropriate changes. On that screen you will see two clickable links to Microsoft MSDN side explaining how what Windows auth is and how to use it.
