installing cassini on server 2008 ?

When I install UltiDev Cassini Web Server2 on windows server 2008 enterprise I got a massage that windows installer has stopped working and could not install this program because of data extension prevention , although I did turn off this features for this program but still facing the same problem. and I did install Net framework and the new windows installer for server 2008.
