asp.net 2.0 and Ajax

I have asp.net 2.0 installed in Apache 2.2.6. and after installing Cassini I still get the same error. Can some one Please help
Server Error in '/home' Application.

Could you please verify that the 'AjaxControlToolkit' DLL is in the Bin folder of your application.
