Hello, Aby.
Thank you for positive feedback - that matters a lot to us.
Regarding HttpVPN, it is fairly close to the finish. We have slightly increased the scope of the first release by adding Software Store feature so developers could setup their shop and sell their applications on HttpVPN portal. That added a few weeks. We also planning one more release of our Cassini web server within a couple of weeks. This release will add support for 64-bit versions of Windows, including Vista x64, as well as some fixes for other problems found since last release.
We are very excited about HttpVPN prospects, especially since Microsoft has announced Windows Home Server. It will be one more platform, in addition to Media Center, to run web applications on using HttpVPN.
If you are thinking of writing a web application that could take advantage of HttpVPN, you can design your application without making any special arrangements for HttpVPN, because integration of HttpVPN will not require changes - it's a pure add-on.
Best regards,
UltiDev Team.
