I wanted to host an application using SignalR but get similar error as this post:

Hi,

We are in the at the feasibility study/design phase of looking at Katana/Owin - based rewrite of UWS. It's some months away, but if UWS gets switched to Katana, SignalR 2.0 or later will be enabled on it.
