Is there a possiblility that that we can deliver the cassini application for MAC operating system

Hi!

Unfortunately, Cassini relies on certain features specific for MS Windows. We do not have plans to port Cassini to MAC. Please consider alternatives, like Mono Project - a GPL-licensed implementation of .NET Framework ported to multiple operating systems, including MAC OS.
