URGENT: Can Cassini support Web Site Project base on .NET 4.0??

Today I use VS 2010 to open my website project and it suggested me to convert to .net 4.0 otherwise can not be open by VS 2010. Ok then I accepted the conversion.

When I deployed it to Cassini Web Server Pro, I found the Legacy Cassini only support up to .NET 3.5, so after setting everything, I can not use browser to view it, say can not connect.

if I choose Web Application, it support 4.0, but, mine is web site project..I try to host my web site project using web application setting, also doesn't work...

Anyway to host asp.net 4.0 website project on cassini?

ok, i have solved it by changing target framework to 3.5

So which means we will never be able to use .net 4.0 for website type of project with Cassini?

That's right. UWS was developed to add multiple features, like ASP.NET 4 support, SSL, port sharing, and many others.
