Sorry for delay!

The problem was by the Windows application events were very full!

I just erase all the events and the installer package works!

Again, thank you UltiDev Team

Thank you for letting us know.

This problem is surprising to us because we ran into this problem long time ago and UWS installer changes Event Log settings to make it over-writable. If you take a look at the "UWS.Installer.log.txt" file in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\UltiDev\Web Server" folder, the first entry there should be a "1. Ensuring event log can grow... ". Please let us know what is the logged result there? In general, if you could attach "UWS.Installer.log.txt" file to your response, it would be quite helpful for in determining what went wrong.

Best regards,
UltiDev Team.

Thank you much.

This file shows that Windows Application Event Log did not need to be changed, while installation was still failing. Which Windows Event Log settings did you have to adjust to make the problem go away? Was it Application, System, etc?

Best regards,
UltiDev Team.
