Upgrade from Cassini - installation failure

Info:
Win7 32bit machine (tried on 2 separate machines).
Existing Cassini web server and registered pages installed.
Using Inno setup install script.
command line that is executed : msiexec.exe /passive /i UltiDev.Webserver.msi

The installation fails.

so running the installation manually: msiexec.exe /i UltiDev.Webserver.msi

We get the following error when attempting to register the Web Server App Redirector

Failed to register or unregister application due to "System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added
...
at UWS.Configuration.Metabase.LoadLegacyCassiniAppData(List1appPools)
...

Command line:
... UWS.RegApp.exe /AppID:4fd8b3f7-bc73-4583-95fe-e7b69b10a3ae
... /Endpoints:http://*:7756
...


if I manually edit the CassiniMetabase.xml file to remove the web explorer application, then we install correctly.

Could you please send us your "C:\ProgramData\UltiDev\Cassini\CassiniMetabase.xml"?

Our CassiniMetabase.xml has the following:

</Application>

Upgrade works fine with this, so we are really eager to get our hands on your CassiniMetabase.xml to try to replicate the problem. Could you also include logs as described here?

Thanks so much for the quick response!
It was a duplicate entry in the metadata xml file (caused by us, I might add).
So if anyone else should see this error, check your xml file for corruption.

Since Cassini was able to survive the presence of duplicates in CassiniMetabase.xml, we have decided to update UWS so it could live with it too. We'll fix in build 13.
