Is there a simple way to force the local copy of cassini to only allow the localhost access to pages?

I believe the original cassini was configured in this manner.

UltiDev Cassini iteself cannot be configured to accept only localhost requests, but your ASP.NET application can be. Please take a look at this thread where related issues were discussed and the code snippet was provided that blocks all but local requests to the application.
