Hello,

I was looking into http://www.ultidev.com/F....aspx?g=posts&t=292 which tells about non-installable way of using Cassini. I have a problem using the AJAX based web pages. In the discussion it is said like
"as long as we are talking about non-installation deployment of ASP.NET apps, does anyone want to try repackaging MS Ajax assemblies so it would not require installation? Otherwise, wonderful Ajax cannot be used in the click-EXE-to-run ASP.NET apps."

How to do the packaging of MS Ajax assemblies. Please explain. I would like to try that. Thanks in advance.

In fact the Ajax part is not working in the installed Cassini web server. Do I need to do anything to enable Ajax.

Hi, Excel.

MS Ajax was a part of ASP.NET 3.5, so if you project uses 3.5 you don't need ship AJAX as a prerequisite. But if you project is ASP.NET 2.0 using MS AJAX 1.0, please follow this link:
