I get the following message when I call this URL : http://localhost:7756/RedirectToApp.aspx?AppID=<appID here>

Server Error in '/' Application.
The resource cannot be found.
Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /RedirectToApp.aspx

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.42; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.42

Anything I am missing ?

Hi!

We suspect that it's application's default page was not found - not the RedirectToApp.aspx itself. If so, then the most likely cause is that the application was registered with incorrect physical folder, and/or incorrect default page. Launch Cassini Explorer from (Programs | Ultidev | Cassini Web Server | Cassini Explorer) and try to launch the application from there. Eventually you may have to re-register your application with exact full folder path and default page file name.

If it's RedirectToApp.aspx is not found, then Cassini service may have been stopped. Please run Programs | Ultidev | Cassini Web Server | Restart Cassini 2.0 Service to start the service.

I really do not think it's a problem with my application default page, since a test from cassini explorer works fine. I did a search of my whole system for RedirectToApp.aspx and it's not there. I re-installed Cassini 2.0, no can do. I noticed however that the application name in cassini explorer point to a different URL than the one you recommend : http:<computer name>:<port number>/Default.aspx

I must have missed something, my problem is solved :

The correct URL is not with RedirectToApp.aspx, but with GoToApplication.aspx. Could you please review your dev guide. GoToApplication is in there but so is RedirectToApp. Very confusing and time consuming for those who don't notice GoToApplication.
