Cannot uninstall, problems running it on Vista Home Edition

I installed this on Windows Vista Home Edition; and it does not load localhost:7756, nor is it able to be uninstalled.
How do I remove this program to reinstall it?

Hi there!

If you would like to get assistance with trying Cassini to run on your system, please let us know. If you look at the Windows Event Viewer (Application), you may see error entries related to UltiDev Cassini. See what they say and search our forum - you may well be able to find the solution.

If you would rather uninstall it, you may use MSI Cleanup Utility that removes products failing to uninstall.
