Error accessing Cassini Web Explorer

We have an app that uses the Cassini Webserver. When this particular user launches the app he is getting an unable to connect to remote server message from our program. I believe the issue has something to do with the Cassini installation. The service is running on his box and it appears the webserver and Web Server Explorer are installed. Yet when we try and launch the web server explorer he gets a message that the the page can not be displayed. Actually it flashes the Cassini is loading applications please wait...then page can not be displayed. I have checked his HOST file and that appears to be in good shape. He also is unable to display the page when we change localhost to 127.0.0.1. This is a WIndows XP SP3 box. We have tried to uninstall and reinstall and that has not helped. Any insight or help would be great.

Hello, Chris.

If you have access to user's machine, or can ask users, please try these:
- Navigate to the http://localhost:7756/ - it's Cassini Explorer application. If server in general is OK, Cassini Explorer application should be working fine, and then the most likely problem is the application or it's installation.
- If Cassini Explorer is not working properly, then take a look at windows event log (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> Application) and see whether there are any error or warning entries logged for UltiDev Cassini or MsiInstaller.
