If you have access to user's machine, or can ask users, please try these:
- Navigate to the http://localhost:7756/ - it's Cassini Explorer application. If server in general is OK, Cassini Explorer application should be working fine, and then the most likely problem is the application or it's installation.
- If Cassini Explorer is not working properly, then take a look at windows event log (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer -> Application) and see whether there are any error or warning entries logged for UltiDev Cassini or MsiInstaller.
