Does Cassini server v2.0.9 require 3.5 .NET Framework???

I have an .NET 2.0 Framework application. I use VS2008 and cassini server v2.0.9.
During installation the application installed 3.5 .NET Framework, even though my own app does not require 3.5 and there is no dependancy on 3.5 in the setup project.

Does Cassini server v2.0.9 depend and require 3.5 .NET Framework?

Is there any way to remove .NET 3.5 Framework dependancy if actual application does not require 3.5 Framework?

Hi!

No, Cassini plug-in for VS'08 does not have any .NET 3.x dependencies. Is it possible that when creating a setup project for your application you did not uncheck .NET Framework 3.5 from the setup project prerequisites?
