Error while installing Ultidev Cassini for ASP 2.0

I'm getting this error when I try to install ultidev cassini for asp 2.0

Setup has detected that the file 'C:\DOCUME~1\OLUGAY~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD1C1.tmp\UltiDev Cassini Web Server for ASP.NET 2.0\cassiniserver2setup.msi' has either changed since it was initially published or may be corrupt.

See the setup log file located at 'C:\DOCUME~1\OLUGAY~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\VSD1C1.tmp\install.log' for more information.

When I go to the temp directory shown above, the msi file "cassiniserver2setup.msi" does not exist.

Need UltiDev Team's support on this.
