Yes! Even applications as complex as DotNetNuke can run on our version of Cassini server. We tested DotNetNuke's 4.00.x and 4.3.x basic operations like installation, site editing by admin user and anonymous site access. We were able to do all that with no problem. This expands DNN programmers target audience to all Windows XP Home users, and gives developers the ability to package their DNN-based applications with Cassini web server to target customers who can't or don't want to run IIS for some other reason.
