compter restart when trying to define application

after pushing the save button in the admin page.
my computer immedietly restarts.

I'm running windows xp pro sp3.

This issue does not sound familiar and most likely is an indication that is something wrong with the target system because Cassini Explorer application has no ability to restart the machine at will. Please take a look at Windows Event Log (Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer | Application and see if there any error or warning entries preceding the reboot.
