I am having issue while register multiple webapp using single .bat file.

While executing a batch file, it won't give me an error. It only register one of the random webapp. If I pause for 10-15 sec, between registration of webapp, it will show up all in ultidev pro. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

We are sorry for the delayed response. When you run multiple registrations from a BAT files and some registrations fail, could you please take a look at Windows Event Log and see if there are any relevant error messages?

Best regards,

I have done some RND and came to know that, if we register multiple web app in Ultidev, there should be a wait time.

I am able to register the multiple web apps, with pause in BAT file, to wait for one app registration and then press enter for next registration. This works for me, please let me know if there is anyother solution for the same.

Hi,

We are trying to research a possible solution for you. For that we need your help looking into your Windows Event Log to let us know if you see error or warning entries related to the problem. Please let us know what you have found.

There is nothing in windows event log with respect to Ultidev. I see couple of systems and same behavior. If there is a wait between two different web app registration, then it will work, otherwise it will end up with only one app registration.

Hi,

We have tried registering and unregistering eight applications using .BAT file (see attached), and were unable to reproduce the problem. You can run our .BAT files unmodified (but as Administrator) and let us know if you get different results. Please modify our registration BAT files to help us reproduce the problem.

Best regards,
UltiDev Team.
