Hi there!

We have emailed you both UltiDev Cassini runtime that can be installed without Internet connection, and 32-bit version of Cassini web server EXE. Visual Studio integration pieces can be downloaded from http://ultidev.com/download/CassiniDownload.aspx and have no other extra component other than Cassini runtime installer we have emailed you.

We suggest taking a look at our new UltiDev Web Server Pro. It has more reliable installer and supports 32-bit on x64 systems.
